- Edit drawer includes name, selected filters, email summary toggle, and preview summary button.

Assumptions to verify:

- Mobile layout for the row overflow menu.
- Whether "weekly email" is available to all plans.
- Whether filter count should include hidden system filters.
- Whether delete requires typed confirmation.

Visual QA notes:

- Preserve existing dashboard table spacing.
- Do not introduce a new card style.
- Confirm focus states on create, edit, toggle, preview, and delete controls.
